The Lamp Left on 65 mins

The Lamp Left On is a 65-minute animated film about a dark mare and a white ram who share a rented cabin above the tree line. Maren kills the headlights on the last mile. Lumen leaves the porch lamp on. What begins as a winter boundary visit becomes a bed, a stove, and a set of rules: stop means stop, the glasses stay on, and seeing someone is not the same as delivering them. When a goat, an orange fox, and a quiet harnessed partner follow them up the ridge for a Friday night, the cabin has to hold more than two without becoming a load. Adult anthropomorphic drama. Rain, firelight, and the road home.
